The VOICE Educational Consulting team will review internal materials and meeting notes to provide the client with an electronic first draft of the scope of work within two weeks of receiving the requested materials from the client

Paid Team Compatibility Meeting

This meeting will be scheduled and paid for by the client through our online system. The purpose of the meeting is to establish the compatibility and finalize the scope of work between the core client team and VOICE Educational Consulting team

Product and Services Agreement (Two Weeks)

The VOICE Educational Consulting team will electronically provide the final Memorandum of Understand for the services at the to be provided within two weeks after the Compatibility Meeting.

Pricing Method /
Variable Hourly
Timesheets with a detailed breakdown of work completed will be digitally submitted to clients and must be paid within two weeks of receiving the invoice. Invoices will be sent at the 1st of each month for the previous month's work completed. Under this payment method, it is not possible for VOICE Educational Consulting to know the total amount of time that will be required because large, complex, and on going projects have many factors that may affect the cost. Scope of Work Agreements sent by VOICE Educational Consulting under this payment method are estimates only.

Price Lock Guarantee
Billable time is fixed in the Scope of Work Agreement in an itemized pricing table. At the time the Price Lock is selected a 10% discount will reduce the billable rate of services. The client will never be charged additional fees outside of the Price Lock Guarantee for delays by VOICE Educational Consulting or additional work time spent on tasks outlined within the signed agreement.
