Curriculum & Instruction Development
VOICE Educational Consulting offers two services within our Curriculum and Instruction Development service. A recommended list of services will be detailed in the Services Agreement, provided to you after our first strategy meeting.
Development of Teaching & Training Materials (Curriculum)
Curriculum development is for more than just educational environments. Think of this service as teaching and learning. For both our corporate and academic clients, we understand curriculum development as a path for learning and training. We pull knowledge from evidence-based research in organizational learning and pedagogical development. Then, we implement course development strategies for both academic and corporate settings using instructional design that focuses on student and staff needs through modular training.
Development of Content Delivery (Instruction)
Instruction is the “how” in this process that guides implementation staff on delivering curriculum. One could develop the perfect curriculum, yet if no one knows how to use it, the product is worthless. Here at VOICE, we work with clients to ensure curriculum is tailored to the needs of students or trainees and ensure clients have mechanisms of instruction in place to deliver standardized experiences for each participant.
