Program Evaluation
VOICE Educational Consulting offers several services within our Program Evaluation service. A recommended list of services will be detailed in the Services Agreement, provided to you after our first strategy meeting.
Evaluation Planning
All of our projects include extensive evaluation planning done in collaboration with our partners.
This planning typically includes:
- Developing a program logic model or theory of change

Brainstorming, prioritizing, and selecting evaluation questions

Identifying and selecting appropriate indicators and metrics

Proposing and defining evaluation methods

Developing a final evaluation plan that includes questions, indicators and metrics, methods, and an analytic plan

Developing a learning, communication, dissemination, and possible continuation plan
Cross-Site Evaluation
As an internationally focused and experienced organization ourselves, we understand the need to plan and implement across multi-site teams, partners, and service areas.
We scale to your preferred project needs with cross-site components as they are most representative of our team's evaluation expertise.
Evaluation Technical Assistance
VOICE Educational Consulting is not able to fully conduct every evaluation presented to our staff. At the beginning of every new project, we work with clients to determine the level of hands-on involvement required by our staff. For projects we are not able to take full hands-on oversight of, we work with clients on periodic checkins to provide evaluation technical assistance. Through this snapshot style of relationship, our staff will provide external evaluator perspectives into the life of your project.
Quantitative and Qualitative Data Collection & Analysis
No two projects are ever the same. Our staff is experienced in quantitative, qualitative, and mixed methods data collection and analysis to guarantee the impacts of clients’ work is fully understood and accounted for.
Process & Outcomes Evaluation
Outcomes are why you do the work you do and process is the "how we get there." Outcomes guide your mission and process ensures programatic activities work to achieve the espoused outcome or mission throughout the life-cycle of a project. At VOICE, we work with clients to make certain the scope and big picture goals of the project are well defined at the onset to align your process with your desired outcomes.
Web-Based Progress Reports
Collaboration via our virtual systems with clients enables realtime status updates to ensure seamless communication and partnership development.
Dissemination & Learning
Tailored deliverables provided to the specifications of clients. We will prepare and deliver final reports, as agreed upon in the service agreement, be it in-person, in writing, and/or digitally. Final reports will include lessons learned, recommended closing procedures, and possible next steps/continuation strategies, if the program is positioned to be continued.
